The following terms and interpretation principles determine these terms and conditions:
Below are the terms and conditions of Redboxsoftware service. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before signing the agreement. These terms and conditions outline who we are, how we will provide services to you, what to do in case of problems, and other important information. If you have any questions about any of the terms, please provide feedback to our customer service team. Furthermore, any misconduct during the data submission process may be penalized
1. Rate Data
1.1 A minimum of $100 is required to reset a user account.
1.2 After all data is completed, the user must submit a full withdrawal request and receive the withdrawal amount before requesting an account reset
2. Withdrawal
2.1 After all data is completed, the user can submit a full withdrawal request.
2.2 Withdrawals or refunds may not be possible during the rating process.
2.3 The maximum withdrawal amount is $5,000 USDC for Beginner users, $50,000 USDC for Advanced users, $200,000 USDC for Experienced users, and there is no maximum withdrawal limit for Proficient users
2.4 Users need to submit a withdrawal request through the platform to receive funds
2.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USDC.
3. Funds
3.1 All user funds will be securely stored in the user's account. A full withdrawal can be requested after the data is filled in
3.2 To prevent fund loss, all transactions are processed by the system, not manually
3.3 In the event of accidental fund loss, the platform will assume full responsibility
3.4 Bank transfer withdrawals are only available to premium users
4. Account Security
4.1 Do not disclose your password to others. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by password disclosure
4.2 Users are advised not to use their birthday, ID number, or phone number as their withdrawal or login password
4.3 If you forget your login or withdrawal password, you can reset it by contacting online customer service
4.4 User and Company Confidentiality Agreement: Data required in the Redboxsoftware application must be entered by the user in real time. Therefore, users must ensure the confidentiality of Redboxsoftware data
4.5 All users on Redboxsoftware are only allowed one personal account (excluding training accounts). If a user is found to have registered multiple accounts on the Redboxsoftware application, resulting in additional commission for score manipulation and thus compromising data integrity, our system will detect this. We will freeze the user's account and take appropriate penalties or legal action depending on the severity of the damage
5. Application
5.1 Beginner users receive 0.5% reward for each level up, advanced users receive 0.6%, skilled users receive 0.8%, and expert users receive 1%
5.2 Upon completion of a dataset, funds and rewards will be immediately credited to the user's account
5.3 The system will randomly allocate datasets to user accounts based on the total amount in the user's account
5.4 A set of datasets will be assigned as regular datasets and combined datasets. Expert users can be assigned additional combined datasets.
5.5 Users should avoid delays in completion to ensure timely withdrawal of funds and prevent a decline in reputation score
5.6 Once data is allocated to a user's account, it cannot be canceled or skipped
5.7 To protect user interests, data volume and earnings will increase based on the total account balance
6. Combination
6.1 Beginner users receive 5% earnings per order in a combination. Advanced users receive 6% earnings per order in a combination. Skilled users receive 8% earnings per order in a combination. Expert users receive 10% earnings per order in a combination
6.2 By combining each application in the combined data, users will receive 10 times the earnings of ordinary data
6.3 The system will randomly assign 0-3 combinations from 40 datasets, with each dataset containing 1 to 3 applications. If the probability of the third combination is low, the user has a higher probability of obtaining 1 or 2 combinations from the combination data
6.4 After receiving a combination, the funds will not be immediately returned to the user's account; they will only be returned after all orders in the combination data are completed
6.5 The system will randomly assign combinations based on the range of the user's total account balance
6.6 Once a combination is assigned to a user's account, it cannot be canceled or skipped
7. Recharge
7.1 The top-up amount is chosen by the user; we cannot decide the top-up amount for the user. We recommend that users top up according to their own capabilities or after becoming familiar with the Redboxsoftware operation process
7.2 If a user needs to top up for a combination, we recommend that they top up based on the negative balance displayed in their account
7.3 Before topping up, the user must apply to customer service and confirm their wallet address
7.4 Redboxsoftware is not responsible for any losses incurred if a user deposits funds into an incorrect wallet address
8. App Merchant and Platform Cooperation
8.1 Data on the Redboxsoftware website is updated every minute. Data that has not been updated for an extended period may not be uploaded to the system. This malfunction may lead to merchant complaints, order freezes, and penalties
8.2 If you are unable to complete your order on the same day, please contact customer service to postpone it. The merchant and publisher's application will be unable to process orders, which will affect the app merchant's progress. Users are advised to complete all orders and apply for a refund as soon as possible to avoid impacting the merchant application's progress
8.3 The client will provide a wallet address for users to deposit funds
8.4 Any delays in order fulfillment may adversely affect the app merchant and the process
9. Referral
9.1 New users can only invite other users after registering for 14 days or after upgrading to a premium user using an invitation code
9.2 Users will not be able to invite other users if their account data is incomplete
9.3 After using an invitation code, it takes 14 days to update to a new one
9.4 Users will receive a 20% referral bonus
10. Operating Hours
10.1 Redboxsoftware operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
10.2 Online customer service is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
10.3 Redboxsoftware withdrawals are processed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Note: After joining, you will be fully responsible for account security and fulfilling your obligations under this agreement. The company reserves the right to take further action if you violate the above terms and conditions
